Green Bay Packers safety Nick Collins remained hospitalized overnight in Charlotte, N.C., after suffering a neck injury in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers.
The team said that Collins was undergoing observation but had normal feeling and complete movement in his extremities.
Collins was carted off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter after his head slammed into the thigh of Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy said all the initial feedback on Collins' injury was positive.
