GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Packers made their first offseason signing Wednesday, adding 24-year-old offensive tackle Kevin Hughes. Hughes played three games for the St. Louis Rams in 2011 and spent the final six games of last season on the San Diego Chargers' practice squad. Hughes, listed by the team at 6-foot-4 and 304 pounds, earned second-team All-Southland Conference honors as a senior at Southeastern Louisiana as a senior in 2010. Follow Paul Imig on Twitter
