Found August 24, 2011 on Packers Gab:

Monday morning a Waste Management truck lost part of its load in Green Bay according to WBAY TV in Green Bay. Scattered on the streets were pages from the Packers special teams playbook from Friday night’s game against Arizona. Fortunately deputy police officer Jason Vogel was there to see it and got it cleaned up.

“We got everything that we could. We’re pretty sure we’ve collected everything that was spilled,” Vogel said. The Packers declined an on-camera interview but said they’re not too concerned about the playbook mishap. There was, after all, a reason the playbook was put in a recycle bin. While the Packers say the special teams playbook isn’t intended for just anyone’s eyes, they say any sensitive material is shredded.
