Found October 12, 2008 on Packers Gab:
No Matt Hasselbeck. No Seneca Wallace. Just another attempt by number three quarterback Charlie Frye to redeem himself as a professional player, and once again, he was doomed to failure. Aaron Rodgers, on the other hand, is becoming the stuff of new legends material by throwing the ball very well even with a sore shoulder. He passed for 208 yards, primarily to Jennings, Driver, and Nelson, but the Green Bay running game is still not a serious threat. Ryan Grant chugged up 90 yards in 33 carries, and Rodgers tacked on another 23 in just 6 carries. Seattle actually led 10-3 in the first half, and Frye threw two TDs in the course of the game. However, the Seahawks weren't able to keep up with the Packers as the game wore on. Mike Holmgren, who is famous for being a passing genius, wasn't able to coach his third string quarterback to a win, or even to a threatening situation. Mike Holmgren has most likely faced the Packers for the final time in his career, as he has indicated this will be his last season coaching. Seattle falls to 1-4 as they head to Tampa Bay next week, while the Packers take a 3-3 back to a home game with Indianapolis.
