The status of Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb is in doubt for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Minnesota Vikings.
Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press Gazette tweeted that Cobb did not practice Thursday because of the ankle injury he suffered in a Week 16 torching of the Tennessee Titans.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy initially was optimistic about Cobb's injury, but the second-year pro has yet to participate in workouts. The Packers hoped to have Cobb work on a limited basis Thursday before undergoing testing Friday.
Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Cobb did undergo rehab work and treatment Thursday and will undergo further testing Friday.
