(By Ron Green Jr., rgreenjr@charlotteobserver.com) It was still early in the third quarter Sunday when Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams took a handoff from quarterback Cam Newton and spent the next 25 yards bringing a diagram to life.Williams darted toward the middle of the line of scrimmage, allowed the blocking in front of him to congeal, and then quick-footed his way around left end where open space and the end zone awaited. Williams' 25-yard touchdown run was his second scoring run of the day, giving the Panthers a 17-10 lead, and it was one of several highlights on the Panthers' most productive rushing performance of the season.
