Pat Shurmur is one of the few NFL coaches who works overtime at finding ways for his team the Cleveland Browns to lose. Today Shurmur had the Arizona Cardinals right where he wanted them. The Browns came out marched right down the field and punched the ball right into the end-zone to take a 6-0 lead over the Cardinals. It looked easy, Shurmur’s team actually was able to get into the end-zone without even using 4 minutes off the clock.
Pat Shurmur had Seneca Wallace at quarterback and for a while it looked like it wouldn’t be business as usual. The Fans in Cleveland Thought Pat Shurmur had figured it out. The Browns had a 10-0 lead at one point in the game. Half time came and the Browns would retreat into the Cleveland Locker room with a 3 point lead. Wow the fans in Cleveland had to be thinking perhaps this would be the day the Cleveland Browns would put their fifth win on the board this season. I mean after all they are playing the 22nd ranked defense in the NFL.
