It's been clearly evident that the New England Patriots struggle to stretch the field vertically. As great of a season as he had, Brandon Lloyd failed to provide the deep attack that the Pats were relying on. Even with virtually no down-field threat, the Patriots had the league's most prolific offense, with most of the credit going to quarterback Tom Brady. Offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels also managed to help the Pats establish a running game they they lacked for quite some time.
Despite all the pros, the cons quickly caught up to the Patriots in their AFC Championship loss to the Ravens. There was no deep passing game and when the Patriots fell behind they abandoned the run. Other teams will acknowledge how the Ravens shut them down and see it as a blueprint. Think about it though; if the Pats could just sign a tall and fast receiver who forces defenses to respect the deep pass, the short passes will be more open. Brady is capable of finding tight windows and maki...

Here are the facts New England Patriots fans need to take some time to think about with regards to Tom Brady. Brady has two years left on his five-year contract extension from 2010, and is due $43,600,000 dollars over the next two seasons. This is partly because he restructured his contact for 2012 to save the Pats some money. It’s always painful to talk about when the Pats will...
Paul Kenyon of the Providence Journal writes that “there are signs the normal downhill trend has begun” in regards to the play from Patriots QB Tom Brady.
Kenyon points out that although Brady’s completion percentage was a respectable 63 percent this season, it was his lowest percentage since the 2006 season. Kenyon adds that the percentage of his passes that went for...
Here’s a voicemail Patriots fans want to make sure they hold on to.
As a gesture of appreciation, the Pats have sent a prerecorded voice message of Tom Brady expressing his gratitude to all season-ticket holders and club members, ESPN.com’s Mike Reiss reports.
It is common practice for teams to reward loyal fans for their support with special postseason gifts, but Reiss says...

This post might be out of the news by now but I love writing about semi-controversial topics to see what you think. New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has always been a player surrounded by drama. It all started with the tuck rule and snowballed from there. He became the poster child of the "protect our quarterbacks" campaign whether if he...
Hot News for QB Tom Brady
I'm here to make some bold statements and predictions regarding next year's Patriots season. I've been put off by the criticism targeted at my squad since their poor performance in the AFC Championship game. Shots have been taken at Brady, Belichick, and the organization as a whole. But I assure you, these critics will be silenced before it is all said and done. This...
Tom Brady and Drew Bledsoe reacting to the Patriots winning Super Bowl 36
Who wants to see Tom Brady in an Arizona Cardinals uniform?
Well, he pulls it off. Just like he does most things. And one writer from a Massachusetts paper says it would benefit the New England Patriots if he was actually in one next season. Yes, seriously.
Now, before you call him crazy, let's look at his arguments, and then give reasonable responses that prove his...
Former New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe was interviewed on ESPN’s Collin Cowherd regarding the San Francisco 49ers quarterback situation. He stated it’s normal to have animosity and to be upset, but it’s how you define the situation that defines you. When Tom Brady replaced Drew Bledsoe it would change the Patriots history forever. Here’s a look at the Top 5...
Former New England Patriots defensive lineman Willie McGinest responded Wednesday to Marshall Faulk's claims that the Patriots videotaped the St. Louis Rams workouts and walk-through before Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002.
"If . . . we had any extra informat
Tom Brady is not playing in the Super Bowl. Neither is Ben Roethlisberger or either of the Mannings.
This Super Bowl has a pair of fresh faces in Colin Kaepernick and Joe Flacco, one of whom will leave New Orleans as the latest and greatest at football's glamour position.
For each, this is new territory.
Flacco, the only quarterback to win a playoff game in each of his first...
I’m a die hard Jets fan. As a die hard Jets fan, I have learned to hate all things associated with the Patriots organization. From Belichick’s hoodies and sour disposition, to the constant media love for all things Tom Brady, you get tired hearing about anything related to New England. However Rob Gronkowski has always been a guy I kind of liked: he’s a goof, genially a nice...
