Yesterday, Patriots LT Matt Light didn’t “remember” the 2007 Super Bowl, saying, “I don’t even think I was here for 2007.”
Well today, G Logan Mankins was asked about his memories from that painful game, specifically how their quick guys attacked the middle of their offensive line in Super Bowl XLII.
“Nah,” Mankins said, giving the stiff-arm. “That was four years ago. Next question.”
On other, more pressing issues, Manknis said his injured knee is feeling better. He was pretty pleased about the bye.
“Yeah, I would say (the time off) has helped,” Mankins said. “I made it through the whole game last (week) so that was good. And this week is going to help even more, so I’m glad we had this week off.”
