The New England Patriots scored 35 points in the second quarter on their way to rolling over the Tennessee Titans 59-0 on a snowy day in Foxboro. The 59 point loss was the worst margin of defeat in franchise history. The Titans allowed the Patriots to gain 619 yards of total offense, another franchise worst. Tennessee turned the ball over five times, while the Patriots did not have any turnovers. The Patriots tallied 426 passing yards compared to the Titans -7 yards through the air. Titans QB Kerry Collins was 2-of-12 passing for -7 yards, with an INT and a lost fumble. Collins finished with a quarterback rating of 4.9. Also, back-up QB Vince Young went 0-for-2 passing with an INT. Before being relieved in the third quarter, Brady went 29-for-34 through the air for 380 yards and six touchdown passes. He finished with a QB rating of 152.8.
