After winning 59-0 last week, the Patriots continued their destruction of the dregs of the NFL cellar, beating the winless Tampa Bay Bucs 35-7.

While Tom Brady threw two interceptions in the game, his accuracy was top-notch throughout the game. Brady hit Sam Aiken and Wes Welker in stride on underneath routes that allowed the WR's to run it into the endzone for touchdowns, while he dropped a perfect ball into Ben Watson's awaiting hands for his 3rd TD.

The offensive line, however, wasn't as crisp as usual. Logan Mankins and Sebastian Vollmer combined for a multitude of holding and false-start penalties, although Vollmer did seem nicked up.

The Patriots defense was able to put pressure on Josh Johnson early and often, forcing three interceptions and scores of quarterback hits. Brandon Meriweather's pick six to start the game set the tone and the Patriots strip-sack of 2nd string QB Josh Freeman to finish the game, were perfect bookends for the defense.

With the bye week on tap, the Patriots will look to get healed up after a brutal seven weeks. Ty Warren, Sebastian Vollmer, and Randy Moss all got nicked up during the game and will be using the training table early and often this week.
