A wild finish left the Patriots at 4-0 with a 30-23 win over the Falcons Sunday night in Atlanta.
There were a number of plays that changed the course of this one from botched onside kicks, fumbled snaps, faulty replay equipment and questionable coaching calls.
The three plays of the game were:
1. LeGarrette Blount took 47-yard run to the house that turned a three point game into a 20-10 lead.
2. Kenbrell Thompkins had quite a night with 6 catches for 127 yards. He picked up the first down on third-and-19 to keep a fourth quarter drive alive and later made a circus catch in the end zone put the Pats up 27-13 with 10 minutes to go.
3. Aqib Talib, who had a key interception in the fourth quarter, broke up Matt Ryan's fourth down pass with :50 seconds left to ice it.
What say you, Patriots Lifer's?

The Patriots are beating some bad teams, Brady can't do it with smoke and mirrors all season.
After a blazing hot 27-5 start to the season, I fell to the earth with a 7-9 Week 3. I'm still challenging the ESPN Experts for the lead and I plan to take them down.
Early in the season we're still learning about teams, after this week things will really be in focus...

The New England Patriots are normally the quietest team in the NFL when it comes to their fabled injury report.
Bill Belichick usually puts the whole roster on the report, and he keeps his players’ status for Sunday close to the vest. In what has been the norm around Foxborough since the start of the league year, The Patriots are embroiled in some sort of controversy involving...
The NFL season is just four games into the regular season and the New England Patriots have quietly emerged with a perfect 4-0 record after one quarter of the season. With a vastly different roster this season, will 2013 emerge as Bill Belichick’s best job as a head coach?
It’s a difficult question to pose with so much football left to play and a coach that has led his team to...
Remember in March when I wrote a column on the Patriots offseason move on why they’re defense was going to be a top-10 defense. Bringing back Aqib Talib, resigning Rob Ninkovich, and drafting Chandler Jones and Dante Hightower in the 1st round in 2012, moving Devin McCourty to safety and most of all locking up […]
Nobody was more pleased with Aqib Talib’s performance against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night than Aqib Talib. After breaking up a pass intended for Roddy White on 4th down in the final minute, Talib went over to the New England Patriots’ bench to take a load off knowing he had just won the game […]
Following the announcement of New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork’s season-ending injury, there has been talk surrounding who will replace, or at least fill in, for the Pro Bowler.
