After releasing wide receiver Brandon Lloyd last month, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network doesn’t believe the New England Patriots will end up bringing him back at a lower price. I believe whether New England acquires a player like Emmanuel Sanders or not, the Patriots won’t bring back Lloyd.  If they don’t land Sanders, I think they’ll draft a receiver instead of re-signing Lloyd. At the end of the day, Lloyd wasn’t the deep threat the Patriots needed him to be last season.
