Saturday night's NFL playoff slate pits the AFC East-champion Buffalo Bills against their division rivals, the New England Patriots. It will be the third and most important meeting between the clubs this season with a trip to the AFC divisional round on the line.
The Patriots will be without starting offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn.
Isaiah Wynn has been downgraded to OUT for #NEvsBUF.

The team's first-round draft choice from 2018 is dealing with a hip ailment and was listed as questionable on the New England injury report entering the week.
Wynn played in 16 of the team's 17 games this season and was on the field for 100% of the Patriots' offensive snaps in 10 separate contests, including both battles against Buffalo. New England won the first meeting with the division foe in Week 13 by a 14-10 final but lost 33-21 in Week 15.
The Bills and Patriots kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET on Saturday.
