At times Rob Gronkowski seems just like a big kid himself, so it’s probably pretty appropriate that he joined eight teammates earlier this season in helping build a playground in Worcester. The Pats’ players joined about 200 other volunteers in the effort, creating a new playground fresh from scratch for local youths. And, as the players admit, they’re just as competitive off the field and playing handyman as they are on Sundays. Check out the Patriots’ charitable efforts in the video above.
