A week after signing defensive lineman Armond Armstead out of the CFL, the Patriots have reportedly agreed to terms with defensive end/linebacker Jason Vega, according to Boston.com.
A Brockton native and former Northeastern standout, Vega spent the last two seasons playing for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He recorded 40 tackles and five sacks last season.

Should the Patriots go after Darrelle Revis?
Could the Patriots make a move for Darrelle Revis?
After reports that the New York Jets are open to trading super-stud cornerback Darrelle Revis surfaced Wednesday night, I began to think, “Is it fathomable to think Darrelle Revis could end up in a Patriots uniform come September?” Of course, it would be tough to see the Jets trade their best player to their hated in-division...
Tom Brady's new $20 million mansion includes a moat. Yep, a moat.
Tom Brady's NFL season ended earlier than anticipated when the Baltimore Ravens went into Foxborough and stunned the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship on Sunday.
But, even though Brady is disappointed in the loss, I'm pretty sure he'll go on just fine. I mean, for one, he's married to Gisele. And now he gets to live with her in the awesome new mansion...

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the chances are that safety Ed Reed will re-sign with the Baltimore Ravens after this season, but the belief around the league is that the one team to watch would be the New England Patriots. Massachusetts Paper Suggest Patriots Should Trade Tom Brady
One thing about being in the media is you have an outlet to editorialize whatever you like. If I want to write Kobe Bryant should be traded to the Knicks no one can stop me from doing that.
So, when Hector Longo from the Eagle-Tribune wrote his “Bye Bye Brady” article I didn’t immediately dismiss it. I was curious to read his rationale.
Here is a part of it.
