According to Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network, the New England Patriots have signed free agent offensive lineman Robert Gallery.

Gallery spent last season with the Seattle Seahawks after playing seven years with the Oakland Raiders.

The Patriots also signed free agent wide receiver Dante Stallworth to a one-year deal.  He played for the Redskins in 2011.

I’m not the surprised Bill Belichick and the Patriots have signed a couple more veterans that might be able to contribute once they’re coached up.

Donte Stallworth 'Smiling Ear to Ear' While Reuniting With Patriots

Wide receiver Donte Stallworth finally got his long-awaited wish. He has reunited with the Patriots. "I'm smiling ear to ear," Stallworth told on Monday. Stallworth caught 46 passes for 697 yards and three touchdowns during his lone season with the Patriots' record-setting offense in 2007. However, he signed a six-year contract that included a huge escalator...

Redskins say good-bye to Laron Landry and Donte Stallworth. London Fletcher next?

The handwriting was on the wall with this one. LaRon Landry signed a one year, $4 million deal with the New York Jets for the 2012 NFL season. The Washington Redskins left Landry unprotected when they applied the franchise tag to a healthier Fred Davis. Joe Gibbs added the first round 2007 Draft pick to the roster to pair him with the late Sean Taylor to force more "coverage...

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick loves good, quality football players, and he landed one Monday. Gallery entered the league as the second overall...

LaRon Landry Joins Jets

Strong safety LaRon Landry has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Jets believed to be worth $4M, according to Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network. Fantasy Spin: Landry hits like a Mack Truck and could fit in well in New Yorks hard-nosed defense, but was only able to secure a one-year deal with concerns regarding the stability of his troublesome Achilles. So he will have...

Peyton Manning departs the AFC South

Michael Lombardi is reporting that Peyton Manning is currently finalizing a contract with the Denver Broncos, ending his 14 year run as the AFC South's king. There's a part of me that's disappointed to see him leave, but another part of me is glad to see him gone. For awhile, it appeared that Manning would simply make the transition to the Tennessee Titans and remain...
