FanSided’s NFLMocks.com has a Patriots mock draft posted, and the selections Jesse Bartolis makes are pretty interesting. Before getting into specific players, Jesse lists the Pats’ top needs, and some of them are a little different from what I posted a few days ago. The Patriots are coming off a season where they went 14-2 in a rebuilding year, and on top of that have a multitude of picks in the first three rounds to futher augment their roster (once again the Raiders play a positive role for the Patriots by being their trading partner). On top of that they also hold the first pick in the second round, with an entire night to try and wheel and deal or decide on their pick…the rich get richer. Even though the Patriots were 14-2 last season they are not a team devoid of team needs.
