Inside The Panthers:
New Orleans coach Sean Payton said he and his Saints team have a simple philosophy regarding their regular-season finale Sunday against the Panthers in the Superdome:
"Our plan, we're playing it full speed ahead," Payton said today on a conference call with reporters.
There had been speculation that the Saints may rest some of their key players, including quarterback Drew Brees, who broke the NFL's single-season passing record Monday night against Atlanta. It was a questionable decision to say the least to go for it in that manner since...
San Antonio Spurs fans showed why they’re one of the best, most loyal fan bases in the NBA, not to mention how desperate they were for the season to start. Aside from selling out the AT&T center for opening night against the Memphis Grizzlies, the game was the highest rated primetime program on Monday night. This was even more impressive considering there was a Monday...

It’s nice to see the Jets really not have a chance to make the playoffs. They need some help. I’m pulling for the Bengals this year. They deserve to make the playoffs for their efforts in that division. The AFC West is good… NOT
