Larry Brown Sports:
The man who will coach Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin this season has a pretty good track record when it comes to offense. Bill O’Brien was in charge of calling plays for Tom Brady and the Patriots last season. As you might expect, McGloin is excited to be able to learn from the man who coached one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He may even be a little too amped.
“I’m definitely excited,” McGloin said according to the Philadelphia Daily News. “I don’t think we’re too far apart, Tom Brady and myself. But sure, we’ve watched him a lot over the spring and summer. I mean, who better to try and learn from than him? Hopefully, we’ll have some type of success like they did. But you can’t expect to go out and be the same as the New England Patriots.”
McGloin finished the season last year with 22 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He said the offense O’Brien runs is the one he has “always dreamed of playing in.” Typically we would say comparing himself to Brady is dumb wheth

VMAN magazine makes no bones about its view on Tom Brady, declaring the Patriots quarterback "America's Alpha Dog" in its upcoming issue. Fortunately, with that title also comes the opportunity to see Brady in another unique (probably the best word to describe it) photoshoot. There's yelling, there's biting, and there's a dog collar involved. Sorry ladies...
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was back at his cover boy best for a photo spread and interview in VMAN magazine. Anointed as “America’s Alpha Dog” on the cover of the fall issue of the magazine, a tuxedoed Brady also is paired for some stylish shots with a ferocious-looking Doberman. Growl! But to balance [...]
It was a busy off-season for Tom Brady’s troll game, whether it was being spotted in public looking like one of the Newsies or sporting a faux-hawk. With football about to start, Dreamboat has to start focusing on quarterbacking again and put trolling on the backburner, but not before dropping one more memorable glitterbomb on us.
In a cover shoot for the fall issue of VMAN, the...
Tom Brady is so above doing photoshoots looking sexy and sauve for GQ. He’s far above being pumped on a fantasy football cover. Brady likes a challenge. He needs a thrill. Sporting the five o’clock shadow with a pretty woman stroking his face is so yesterday. He wants a tuxedo, a dog collar and a angry Doberman trying to rip of his throwing arm.
That’s exactly how...

Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin appeared to confirm some suspicions on Friday night. McGloin made headlines by comparing himself to Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, saying, "I don't think we're too far apart." But on Friday night, McGloin seemed to admit that he was, in fact, acting in good-natured fun when he made the comment. He issued the following tweet,...
NFL Week 2 Preview
The second week of preseason is upon us as teams are preparing to get their rosters in good shape for the start of the real thing.
To start things off, Atlanta will play Cincinnati and Green Bay will battle Cleveland on Thursday.
The Packers will be obvious favorites on the NFL odds board for their game against the Browns, who have a ton of question...
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady told the Dennis and Callahan Show on WEEI in Boston vis SportsRadioInterviews.com that he really doesn’t care who’s officiating this season. Whether it’s replacement officials or not, Brady knows he must do his job.
“Whoever’s out there is out there. I really couldn’t care less who’s calling the game. I gotta go...
One is a seven-time Pro Bowler, a three-time Super Bowl champion, a two-time NFL MVP and the husband of a supermodel. The other is a 22-year-old college quarterback playing at a reeling university. But they're practically the same. That's the wisdom of Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin, who is set to begin his senior season under new Nittany Lions head coach Bill O'...
As fans gear up for the new NFL season, men’s magazines are highlighting some the league’s stars. NFL QBs Tim Tebow and Cam Newton scored individual covers for GQ magazine’s September issue. Another famous NFL face is now set to hit newsstands and it’s none other than veteran cover boy, Tom Brady. The New England Patriots QB fronts VMAN magazine’s Fall issue, due out...
After one preseason game, the Browns now know what kinds of things they need to work on as the regular season approaches. What they also now know is, some things may be out of their control to work on.
Take, for instance, the curious case of Mohammad Massoquoi. Massoquoi took one hit in last Friday’s game, and promptly was removed from the game for precautionary reasons related...

The NFL has long been a copycat league, and after watching the New York Giants trot out a star studded defensive line and smack around Tom Brady for the second time in five seasons, who could blame Buffalo’s General Manager Buddy Nix for trying to mold his team in their image. We all know about the personnel upgrades the Bills have made during the off-season, but catering your...

The Buffalo Bills have been the bottom feeders of the AFC East division for years now, and the 2012 season has brought optimism to fans like never before. Last year, the Bills snapped a 15 game, eight year losing streak to the New England Patriots. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has torched the Bills for 46 touchdowns to just 17 interceptions, and while...
