RENTON -- Running back Marshawn Lynch is returning to practice, and expected to be available for Sunday's game against Cincinnati.
Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson will resume practicing with the first-unit offense, too, but his status will be more limited. Same for tight end Zach Miller and center Max Unger.
"We're getting some guys coming back that maybe could help us," coach Pete Carroll said. "We'll have to get through the week to figure that out. We won't know until game day on all those guys, but it's encouraging they're able to work more."
Charlie Whitehurst started in Jackson's place, and had a quarterback rating of 35, second-lowest of all starting quarterbacks in the NFL in Week 7.
Jackson participated in the walk-through on Wednesday morning, taking most of the repetitions with the first-unit offense. He will be limited in the amount of throws he makes in the actual practices, though.
