Seahawks coach Pete Carroll reiterated confidence in Russell Wilson following Seattle’s Week 5 win over Carolina. Wilson was picked off twice, but completed 19 of his other 23 passes for 221 yards and a score.“I thought he played fantastic today,” Carroll said of WilsonThere were rumors earlier in the week that Wilson might get benched for Matt Flynn. Carroll went on to say “I thought he played a fantastic game. We missed the 56-yard frickin’ bomb, you know, right off the bat. We get that one called back. He did everything well. He threw one ball on a back hip. Everything else was dead on the money all day long.”How can you not like Wilson, the kid is this years Tim Tebow. As Skip Bayless would say, “All he does is win”.
