Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told the media in his closing press conference that they need to add more pass rushers in the offseason.
“We need another pass rusher,” Carroll said. “We really do. That’s why we went out and got Jason (Jones) last year. And we’re going to have to double it up. We need a couple of guys.”
Bruce Irvin was a great draft pick, but he still needs to mature as a player. Chris Clemons had a great season, but unfortunately tore his ACL over a week ago.
The Seahawks have a solid foundation at defensive end. Now they just need to build on that.
