Peter King of SI.com was a guest on The Dan Patrick Show today and was asked which teams would be the best fit for Tim Tebow now that he’s a free agent.
King went on and said that he thinks the 49ers and Packers would be a good fit for Tebow. We already know the 49ers aren’t interested in Tebow and I’d be shocked if the Packers had any interest in him.
King did make a good point though. A team like Green Bay would be a great place for Tebow to sign with because he would be able to sit behind Aaron Rodgers as he learns and develops as a quarterback. The problem is that him image is too big and teams don’t want to deal with that.

Who will replace Greg Jennings in 2013 is one of many questions left after the draft
The Green Bay Packers added 11 new players to their offseason roster via this past weekend’s NFL draft. Packers GM Ted Thompson, as he does every year, maneuvered around and was able to add some additional picks to the stash that he began the draft with.

Must… Find… Hidden… Gems…
The 2013 NFL draft is in the books but this is when Green Bay Packers GM Ted Thompson’s dirty work is just beginning. On the Waterfornt – Marlon Brando
Marlon Brando in “On the Waterfront:” You don’t understand. I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am, let’s face it.
One thing about getting so heavily involved in research for the NFL draft is that you get emotionally attached to certain players. You call them “my guys”...
Was anyone really concerned when Rambo and Colonel Trautman were surrounded by a Russian tank brigade in Rambo III?
Of course not. It’s Rambo for goodness sake. And his ridiculously long knife. And the guy that taught Rambo how to be such a badass. One does have to wonder, though, why it is that the U.S. armed forces in total apparently trained only...
The Green Bay Packers have waived offensive lineman Joe Gibbs. He will try to hook up with another team, but he definitely wasn’t in the Packers long-term plans.

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- A 110 million quarterback needs to stay healthy. In order for that to happen, there has to be solid protection from the offensive line, with the left tackle playing the most important role in that.
With the Green Bay Packers' new financial commitment to Aaron Rodgers, making him the highest-paid player in the history of the NFL, the team's success hinges...
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is now the highest paid player in NFL history and rightfully so. If the likes of Joe Flacco and Tony Romo are getting $100 million, Rodgers certainly deserves to join them. Interesting now is to find out the smaller details of Rodgers’ contract. Not surprisingly according to Around the League, [...]
GREEN BAY, Wis. It will be several years before a measured ranking of the 2013 NFL Draft can be done, as many players will either flourish or fail in that time period. However, it doesn't take more than a few hours to assess whether a team addressed its biggest needs and found value in the draft.

Eddie Lacy rushed for 1,322 yards and scored 17 touchdowns for Alabama last season
We now know why teams passed 60 times on one of the most talented players in this past weekend’s draft. Running back Eddie Lacy, picked late in the second round by the Packers, underwent toe fusion surgery last March – a serious procedure that has been performed on very few world-class athletes...
