When last we left weather respecter, Peter King, he was calling RGIII the Bono of the NFL. That’s right, Forget nature, it’s man who is always capable of the worst destruction. PK also assured us that the true determination of a big NFL play is whether the assholes in the NBC viewing room scream like idiots about it. Finally, Peter revealed he still has an AOL e-mail address and that the the front page of a terrible media company is shockingly filled with inanity nuggets.
What about this week? How lucky are San Franciscans to be able to walk in their town? UBER LUCKY? Can you believe that teams that play in London travel more that teams that don’t? YOU CANNOT. So start respecting the weather and READ ON.
“Just landed. Thank you God”
– Tweet from New York Giants defensive end Justin Tuck at 1:13 a.m. today, six minutes after the team charter from Texas just beat Hurricane Sandy up the East Coast.
Whew. Made it just in time to endure a hurricane. Close one.

NFL truths: Who can coach?
Dear Jason:
Thanks for making it look like I knew what I was talking about in 2003 when I unfairly dragged Donovan McNabb into a controversy I created to hype my multi-million-dollar radio show. Love the NFL Truths. Wish I knew football and cultural issues as well as you.

Peter King: 55 percent chance Steve Jackson gets traded
Peter King of SI.com believes there’s a 55 percent chance that St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson will get traded before Thursday’s 4PM NFL trade deadline.
If I were a betting man, I’d put money on him staying in St. Louis for the remainder of the year.
Jackson doesn’t have much left in the tank, and I don’t believe many teams are willing to pick up his salary for...
Your Week 8 Early Games Open Thread
Despite the NFL’s best efforts to disappoint its lusted after international market, this year’s game in London actually has a fairly even matchup for once. Even if said game, as Peter King noted, deprives the baseball obsessed people of St. Louis a chance to see Tom Brady play in their town. I’m sure they’ll get over it.
On Saturday, Gronk got to show the Brits what true...

Cardinals Reportedly Have Some Interest In OT Bryant McKinnie
According to Peter King SI.com, the Cardinals have some interest in free agent OT Bryant McKinnie.
This isnt all that surprising considering how bad Bobbie Massie and DAnthony Batiste have been this season. The Cardinals unequivocally have the worst tandem in the league.
Reports from earlier in the day mentioned that McKinnie is facing a lawsuit for strip club tabs of...
The Worst Of Week Eight Vol.VI
Yeah, this wasn't our best effort
Oh what a great day it was on Saturday in Oxford, OH. Sure, it came at the expense of my LOCK OF THE CENTURY, but ending the slim BCS bowl dreams of your hated rival is more important than your wallet size. I apologize for that and promise better advice in the future, but it is a very insincere apology. The students rushed the field (poorly...
