Tittle being the first. In the same night, Manning tied the record for the most career four touchdown (23), and five touchdown games (7); he set the record for the most career six touchdown games (3), and tied the record for the most career seven touchdown games (1).In just the second half, Manning threw five touchdowns and 302 yards; most quarterbacks are lucky to throw even three touchdowns in a full four quarters. The Denver Broncos have surrounded Manning with star talent as his passing options; he was able to give his tight end (Julius Thomas), and both of his receivers (Wes Welker and Demaryius Thomas) two touchdowns each, and also registering monstrous fantasy points in the process.Manning also showed something he isn't very well known for, his ability to throw on the run. Manning normally isn't the type of quarterback who can get out of the pocket, and continue scrambling while throwing on the run...for a completion anyways, but he showed that he could do that also in his stellar performance. He didn't do it against a great defense. The Ravens' defense isn't bad at all this season, but they were this game. The secondary was dysfunctional and lacked communication, leaving Manning's receivers wide open; although, Baltimore did provide a vigorous pass rush with Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil, limiting the time Manning had to throw.Tom Brady currently holds the record for the most passing touchdowns in a single season (50), and Manning is second (49); after seeing his receiving options scorch their defenders, Manning may be well on his way to having 50+ passing touchdown season; although keep in mind, the other five quarterbacks who threw seven touchdowns in a single game, all failed to even throw 40 touchdowns in that same season. We may experience a historical season with Manning's hot streak with the Denver Broncos. “To all the fantasy owners who picked me … you're welcome.”– Peyton Manning
