The Philadelphia Eagles were manhandled on Sunday afternoon when they flew to Phoenix to take on the Cardinals. I was in attendance and, as an Eagles fan, I have to say it was the hardest game I have had to watch in recent memory. Classic game by the Eagles, playing down to the underdogs, like they always do. It seemed like the Eagles failed to record even a first down on every drive and looked to show frustration when on the sidelines.Whose shoulders does this loss fall on? It was a bad performance on both sides of the ball, but to me, five Eagles clearly stuck out:1. Damaris Johnson (Returning)Damaris Johnson the receiver had a great game filling in for the injured Maclin, recording five receptions for 84 yards in his first NFL start. He actually led the team in reception yards and proved he can play with the big dogs.Unfortunately, Damaris Johnson the punt returner wasn’t so lucky. In the first quarter, Johnson returned a punt and made some crazy cuts and fought for every yard, b...

One of the most documented stories of the past calendar year has been Michael Vick’s need to cut back on turnovers. Another was the notion that he needed to regain his 2010 form.
Everyone remembers Michael Vick in 2010. He was dominant and borderline unstoppable. He led the Eagles to the playoffs where they lost in a Wild Card game to the eventual...
Turnover-Prone Eagles Face Giants Sunday Night
After three weeks of this NFL regular season what do we make of the Philadelphia Eagles? Well, the words “turnover-prone” or even “over-rated” come to mind.
Philly didn’t just get beat Sunday out in Arizona; the Eagles, and namely QB Michael Vick, got clobbered. The final score in points was 27-6; the final...

Philadelphia Eagles starting QB Michael Vick has been atrocious this season, for lack of a better term. Despite the Eagles current 2-1 record, Vick’s poor play and tendency of turnovers has put them at risk to lose more games than win them. So far this season, Vick has 9 turnovers (6 interceptions, 3 lost fumbles) and [...]
We are all wondering why after being beat down in Sunday’s game, Michael Vick was not sidelined? Vick was hit 60+ times in three games and 20+ times against the Arizona Cardinals. But as we all know the NFL is indeed a business. Vick was paid $100 million dollars to be the best quarterback for this football team. In this contract Vick is guaranteed roughly $40 million dollars....
Video: Blindsided for a Fumble TD w/ 6 secs left
Arizona's defense battered Michael Vick all day - knocking him to the turf, stripping the ball from his hands. Kevin Kolb was sharp from the start, reconnecting with Larry Fitzgerald while winging passes all over the field.
The Cardinals may have been far from perfect, but they played well enough to keep their record that way.
Kolb threw a pair of touchdown passes and James...
The Eagles found out in Arizona that turnovers will cost you the game. Failing to hold onto the ball AGAIN, the Eagles turned the ball over three times with Vick fumbling twice. As if the turnovers weren’t bad enough, we were forced to watch former quarterback Kevin Kolb pick apart the Eagles defense. Arizona’s defense not to be ignored in this beating, pressured Vick most of...
6 seconds to go in the half. Philadelphia Eagles on the 1-yard-line, down 17-0 against the Arizona Cardinals. Kerry Rhodes introduced himself to Michael Vick and the rest, as they say, was history....

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Kevin Kolb got the best of his former team. Michael Vick might be wishing he was still in Philadelphia the way the Arizona Cardinals battered him around.
Kolb threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns, James Sanders returned one of Vick's two first-half fumbles 93 yards for a touchdown and the Cardinals ran over the Eagles 27-6 on Sunday for their best start...
The 2-0 Philadelphia Eagles head to Arizona to take on Kevin Kolb and the 2-0 Cardinals today at 4 PM Eastern. The battle will featured the two starting QB’s for the Eagles in 2010. When the Eagles traded Donovan McNabb on Easter Sunday in 2010, it allegedly was supposed to usher in the Kevin Kolb era. As we know, Kolb suffered a concussion in the first half of the first game of...
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- There may still be some imperfections here and there, but the Arizona Cardinals remain a perfect 3-0 three weeks into the season.
