Just a quick little update here from Philadelphia.
For all those people that were mad about the release of wide receiver Mardy Gilyard for the roster cut….he’s back! Yes, the Eagles officially signed the preseason stand-out wide receiver and have released safety Jaiquawn Jarrett.
The decision came as an easy one, as Jarrett was a no-show in the season opener against the Cleveland Browns.
Gilyard had quite an impressive four games with the Eagles in August, recording 9 catches for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns.
