The Minnesota Vikings have never really been a progressive team, at least not since they left the best home field advantage* in all of football behind for the comfort of being an indoor team back in 1982. Well, they are moving out of the Metrodome for a flashy new indoor stadium, but before they do they have decided the time has come to update their Norseman logo. And when I say update, I mean going from version 1.0 to 1.01. Check out the drastic differences: Very exciting stuff, right? You have to wonder if Zygy Wilf hired one of his grand kids to use photoshop to update it. I only say that because it costs thousands of dollars to have graphic designers. Obviously, $5-$10 grand is pocket change to an NFL owner, but seriously, look at that thing. LOOK AT IT! The horns are not as long, and the braided hair has been shorten a bit as well. He appears to have a more defined face and mustache, due to darker lines. And finally, a more yellowish gold to his hat. That’s it. The new is still...

They have got to be kidding, these changes are so subtle most would probably not even notice them if it wasn't advised that changes were made.

Reports surfaced that Vikings coach Leslie Frazier had received a new long term contract. However, the buzz was off target as he was given a 1 year extension instead.
