Fox Sports Florida:
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Pink penalty flags in support of breast cancer awareness, the idea of an 11-year-old fan, are being used at the game between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
Commissioner Roger Goodell met with Dante Cano, a fifth-grader from Marlboro, N.J., on the field about an hour before the game Sunday and took pictures with him and his family, along with game officials and former Jets star Joe Klecko.
Cano says he got the idea while watching other NFL games and seeing lots of pink on players' uniforms and coaches' caps this month. He recently sent Goodell a letter suggesting the pink penalty flags, and the commissioner said, "I wish I had thought of it."
Goodell signed a football to Cano: "You are very special!"

The Jets and Dolphins went back and forth all week with their pregame chatter.
Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie fired the final shot Friday when he stated he didn’t give a sh*t about Reggie Bush, for comments Bush made about Darrelle Revis.

Yesterday was one weird Sunday. One minute I am waiting for Ryan Tannehill to get a red zone touchdown versus the Jets defense and the next minute I see Tannehill go down in a heap of pain on a sack by Calvin Pace on the next series. While the other sideline has Tim Tebow, the Dolphins gladly and happily...
New York Jets coach Rex Ryan said in Monday's teleconference that he is sticking with Mark Sanchez as the starting quarterback, but backup Tim Tebow could get a bigger role. "I think Mark's our guy, there's no doubt about that," Ryan said via the Newark Star-Ledger. Ryan said that Sanchez was "fairly accurate" when he got enough time to throw....
Jets fans are a little frustrated with their football team, and coincidentally, Jets players are frustrated with Jets fans.
That was evident as Jets WR Chaz Schilens put the fans on blast after Sunday’s 30-9 home loss to the division foe Miami Dolphins.
Fans, upset, have been calling for the head of Mark Sanchez, with a QB rating of 72.8 and a completion percentage of just over...
The Jets and Rex Ryan reached a major point of importance today in their loss to the Miami Dolphins. With a record of just 3-5, the Jets can lose one or two more games at the most and still make the playoffs.
Their are two people on extremely hot seats right now. The first is head coach Rex Ryan. Without a playoff birth, it seems unlikely the Jets will retain him as their head...
