New York Jets wide receiver Plaxico Burress LOSES HIS FIGHT against a woman, who claims that the NFL star injured her in a car crash, back in May of 2008.It's being reported that the woman, Alise Smith, filed a lawsuit against Burress in Florida, where the accident took place.Smith claims that Burress rear-ended her with his Mercedes-Benz, right before his famous nightclub gun shot incident. Also, when Burress had the car wreck, he didn't have ANY CAR INSURANCE.Guessing he was TOO CHEAP to get some insurance?Smith says that she suffered neck and back injuries and sued him for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages. The judge ruled in her favor and, earlier this month, awarded her $125,000, plus interest.
