Playboy model Jenny McCarthy and Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher have called it quits. They’ve opted for friendship instead of dating.

Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship,” McCarthy told People magazine. "I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him. Go, Bears!"

The six-time, 39-year-old Playboy cover girl, moved from Los Angeles to Chicago in mid-July with her 10-year-old son, Evan. She set up house near friends and family.
