At 9:35 we bring you a story of “life altering change.” Coach James Hardy is A former H.S. and College Athlete who, like many players who become less active in their later years, gained an un-healthy amount of weight. Coach Hardy then had a Bariatric surgical operation and is now using his life as an example to his High School athletes as a model for change in eating habits. Also joining us in that segment is Dr. Kai Nishi, who performed Coach Hardy’s surgery.
