PLAYERS: Chad Ochocinco
TEAMS: Miami Dolphins

For a year, most of us have believed that Chad Johnson head-butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, but according to the police report, he told police officers that he didn't head-butt Lozada, but instead received the head-butt from her. When asked about the police report, Johnson stuck to the story that Lozada blew up at him after finding out that he had cheated on her. However, the story changes, as he then claims that Lozada began to scream inside their smart car and that she was the one who head-butted him.Johnson went on to say:I never talked about that, you know that? For a reason. Let her tell her side. And my job is to cover the story, no matter what. And that's what I've done, and it's going to stay that way.It appears that Johnson took the fall and kept Evelyn's reputation from being dragged through the mud, as Evelyn was known for her violent outbursts and her temper.Johnson explained why he took the fall:I'm suppose to. She's the wife. That's my job. To cover the story. That's the way I was taught. That's the way I was raised. If I'm your dad and I know you did something wrong. I don't have no choice but to cover the story for you, whether you're right or wrong. So for me, whether right or wrong or indifferent, if that's who I've committed to even though I messed up, I'm covering the story for her no matter what. No matter what. Whether it's my fault or her fault. Whether she antagonized me. Whether she pushed my buttons. You know what? You're right. Period.
