Stephen Tulloch got penalized with a personal foul because of his block on Christian Ponder during the interception return.
I'm guessing that official thought Tulloch's block was outside the rules because Ponder didn't appear to be blocking near the return.
Just a guess, though.

Another great play for Stephen Tulloch. He scooped up the ball near the goaline after a sack and forced fumble by Cliff Avril.
Loss of eight yards on the play.
Great anticipation from Tulloch, a guy whose been extremely valuable to the Lions this season.
