Packers linebacker Brady Poppinga is one of 77 NFL players who will attend seminars at a prestigious business school this month in preparation for his post-football career.The NFL and NFLPA have been sponsoring the NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program since 2005, paying for select players to attend the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. This year, Poppinga is among the group and will attend a session at Wharton from Feb. 16-19. The session at Harvard runs Feb. 15-19.The players are chosen based on level of education; professional business experience; interest in starting, owning, or managing a business; and leadership and community involvement. Among the other players taking part are Miami defensive end Jason Taylor and Indianapolis tight end Dallas Clark.-- Pete Doughery, pdougher@greenbaypressgazette.com
