Now that the Collective Bargaining Agreement is official, Andrew Whitworth can go back to completely focusing on the on-field stuff instead of labor issues. After Thursday’s practice, Whitworth said it was his understanding that players who were arrested during the lockout were not subject to discipline under the Player Conduct Policy. In an email from NFL spokesman Greg Aiello, he said the league has had discussions with the players association but had no other comment. The approval of HGH testing was one of the major developments reached on Thursday and Whitworth said he was for it. “I hate cheating and I don’t want guys to gain an advantage,” Whitworth said. “I want it to be something that’s reasonable and a reliable test and something that we know that’s efficient.
