Joe Flacco has better mobility than advertised coming out of Delaware, and the Ravens have worked hard to take advantage of those skills. When Flacco scrambled in the backfield before flipping a 3-yard touchdown pass to Willis McGahee in the first quarter Sunday, it was the product not so much of improvisation, but of planning. All during training camp at Westminster, the Ravens practiced scramble plays where Flacco circled -- sometimes crazily -- in the backfield while receivers worked to get open in the end zone. It made for some memorable plays and some camp humor. Sunday it made for a touchdown. On third-and-goal, Flacco was chased to his right by Chiefs' defensive tackle Ron Edwards. Flacco circled out of trouble, came back left and tossed his pass over the arms of defensive end Alex Magee to McGahee. The fans who came out to training camp could appreciate that bit of artistry because it wasn't the first time they'd seen it.
