Predicting the Patriots vs. the Saints--cover32: Final prediction: New England: 24 New Orleans: 21 If New England has any chance of winning this game, it’s going to have to be a close one. If the Patriots and Saints square off in a track meet, then there’s ultimately no way that New England’s offense can keep up with New Orleans. However, I am a huge believer in New England’s second-ranked scoring defense.  I believe that Aqib Talib and company have what it takes to slow down the Saints. If the defense does slow down New Orleans, then New England’s offense needs to string together a handful of quality drives to pull off a victory against the Saints.
