Independent quarterback coach Steve Clarkson believes NFL teams will be “pleasantly surprised” by Tim Tebow’s throwing motion and footwork this season. Clarkson told Newsday that he spent three days in Arizona working with Tebow in February, and hopes an NFL team gives him an opportunity to play.
