Kyle Orton will start at quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs for Sunday's game against the undefeated Green Bay Packers.

Orton, who had been battling a finger injury, practiced in full Friday.

Since he was picked up on waivers from the Denver Broncos last month, Orton has attempted just one pass. He was injured on his first play after he replaced the ineffective Tyler Palko in a Dec. 4 game against Chicago

Interim head coach Romeo Crennel said Ricky Stanzi will serve as the backup for Sunday's game. Palko has been relegated to third-string after throwing two touchdowns and seven interceptions in six games.

Orton opened the season as the starter for Denver, but was replaced by Tim Tebow after the Broncos got off to a 1-4 start.
