Oakland Raiders RB Rashard Jennings has been waiting in the wings for his opportunity to show what he can do, and when fellow RB Darren McFadden is the lead back, the chance will come. McFadden has never played a full 16 game schedule and sustaining an injury is a routine occurrence for the Raiders' top back. However, that means his backup must be ready to step in a fill the void, and that is what Jennings intends on doing.
