Football season is here!!
Oh wait….it’s just pre-season football. Well it’s better than nothing.
My issue with pre-season games is that the first game is usually pointless as the starters are on the field for such a short amount of time that if you go to the bathroom you may miss them playing entirely. The first pre-season game is usually really sloppy and borderline pointless. Today’s game was no exception.
I am currently writing this as the fourth quarter is being played because I can only take so much of watching guys who will be sitting on the bench playing. This game was ugly from the start as both teams coughed up the ball numerous times which lead to a herky-jerky first quarter. Rodgers only threw the ball eight times, completing two of those for a whooping 16 yards and he had an interception. James Starks struggled running the ball and had a fumble during his time.
