Raiders defensive tackle was arrested early Sunday morning in South Florida on charges of criminal mischief.
The Raiders said they are “aware of the situation and are gathering more information.”
According to the Chronicle, a hammered Bryant showed up to a neighbor’s house and caused a “commotion.” He was booked at 9:24 a.m. and bail was set at $1,000.
Not much else about Bryant’s arrest is known at this time. But Dez Bryant of the Cowboys wants all of us to know that he isn’t the Desmond Bryant that was arrested.

Desmond Bryant has played the last four seasons with the Raiders, totaling 124 tackles and 11.5 sacks. The Harvard alum is set to become an unrestricted free agent next month.

Free Agent Defensive Tackle Desmond Bryant was arrested Sunday morning on charges of Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief after going to a neighbors home, intoxicated, and causing commotion.
He was booked on $1,000 bail at around 9:30 AM, and he looks pretty, uhh, dumbfounded.
