Pro Sports Daily:
The longest losing streak since an 11-game run in 2006 and 2007 is over, with the Oakland Raiders beating the Kansas City Chiefs 15-0 and having only one thing on their minds. Winning again. The Raiders are 4-10, with dreams of their first winning season tossed overboard three games ago. The re-adjusted goal of a third consecutive 8-8 season quickly followed, buried in an avalanche of yardage and points. The Raiders can do no better than 6-10, their ninth season with double-digit losses since returning to Oakland in 1995 assured. With their home schedule concluded at 3-5, the Raiders would like nothing better than to close out with road wins over Carolina and San Diego, teams that are both 5-9 and expected to be a lot better. The Raiders have won two in a row only once this season, winning Oct. 21 in overtime against Jacksonville (26-23) and following with a victory at Arrowhead Stadium against Kansas City (26-16). Given those teams have a combined record of 4-24, it'...

2012 hasn’t been the model of greatness for the Oakland Raiders; the motto “just win baby,’” is replaced with “just try to win.”
In Dennis Allen’s first year as the Raiders Head Coach, he’s had to take on the previous decisions on personnel and evaluating players looking towards the future.
Installing a new offense means the team needs to have the correct personnel...
Dennis Allen has gone through a lot this season, on and off the field. He understands that there are things bigger than football, and that if you accept losing in life, your football team won’t be very good either.
In Allen’s personal life, the passing of his father must have left a huge void, but he’s never missed a game and expects his player to be as mentally tough.
According to Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times, the Oakland Raiders plan on expanding back up quarterback Terrelle Pryor’s role for this week’s game against the Panthers.
Second-year quarterback Terrelle Pryor will be used on some third-down and red-zone plays against the Panthers so that the Raiders “can create a different look the defense to contend with” and “try...
And by punter, we mean arm-punter. The Oakland Raiders are so bad, that they are willing to give Terrelle Pryor “meaningful” snaps. When the 2012 season began, who would have thought that Pryor would be in a better position for taking snaps in Week 15 than Tim Tebow? But by every indication from the Raiders’ [...]
How can the Oakland Raiders, a team with defensive difficulties against both the run and pass, possibly prepare for Cam Newton? "We've got the closest guy to him right here in Terrelle Pryor," running back Mike Goodson said. Added Raiders coach Dennis Allen: "He does have some of the same skill set." Pryor has been running read-option plays during practice...
Oakland Raiders backup quarterback Terrelle Pryor will get significant playing time on Sunday, offensive coordinator Greg Knapp said Thursday. Knapp said the second-year quarterback from Ohio State, who got in for three plays last week, will play on third downs and more against the Carolina Panthers. "Maybe in the red zone – try and create a different look for the defense...
Oakland Raiders running back Mike Goodson is looking forward to playing in Carolina for the first time since being traded by the Panthers in the offseason.
He just doesn't know what type of reception to expect.
Goodson spent his first three NFL seasons with Carolina, still owns property there and routinely talks to some of his former teammates. Even Panthers coach Ron Rivera...
On Sunday, the Oakland Raiders rushed for a season high 203 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs in a 15-0 win. All season when the Raiders have rushed the ball successfully, it has translated into victories. The team has a 3-2 record when they rush for over 100 yards and a 2-1 record when reaching [...]

Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski have been selected as one of the AFC's top players for Week 15 of the NFL season.
Janikowski garnered the special teams award after accounting for all of Oakland's points in a 15-0 win over Kansas City. He kicked field goals of 20, 50, 57, 30 and 41 yards for his seventh career weekly honor.

When the Chiefs and Raiders play in Oakland, the last place you want to be is in the stands if you are a Chiefs fan. This pigeon got that message loud and clear and did everything it possibly could for seven-plus minutes to stay on the field and away from the ‘Black Hole.’ Eventually the pigeon was caught and escorted off the field, but he put up one heck of a protest. [The...
In the kicking world there is only one Big Polish Boot and since 2000 he has owned the Bay Area!
On Sunday Sebas went nuts for the Raiders. He kicked 5 field goals in a 15-0 win over the woeful Chiefs. His day included 2 from over 50 yards! He is having a huge year for a bad team but unlike the MVP voting, Straitpinkie doesn’t care! The drunken idiot is in the running for the...

The Raiders shut out the Chiefs last week and still are tied for the league’s worst scoring defense. Aside from a weird win over the Steelers week 3, the Raiders wins have all come against the Chiefs (twice) and the Jaguars, who are the league’s worst teams right...
The Contra Costa Times reports that Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor will see some action on third downs and red zone plays Sunday against Carolina.Fantasy Spin:Pryor's presence could have a negative impact on Carson Palmer's fantasy value heading into what should be Championship Sunday for most fantasy leagues.
It's a beautiful thing when our team wins, eh Nation?
Time and time again, we have not seen our Oakland Raider scheme execute in a manner we would like it to. Week after week, we wonder what type of players we have on our team; pondering which players should stay and which players should leave the facility as quickly as the Falcon clears Space.
So, it is kind...
