Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden is set to make
his second start since suffering a high ankle sprain, while defensive lineman
Richard Seymour and safety Tyvon Branch are questionable to play against the
Kansas City Chiefs today.
McFadden returned for the Raiders last week for their
contest against the Denver Broncos. He only carried the ball 11 times for 52
yards. It was reported that he was still dealing with an ankle injury, but the
running back practiced fully all week. So far this season he’s rushed for 507
yards and two touchdowns on 150 carries.
Seymour was limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday due
to his knee and hamstring injuries, but he wasn’t able to suit up for Friday’s
session. Branch missed practice all week due to his neck and ankle injuries.
Beyond Seymour and Branch, everyone else on the team’s
injury report is probable to play against the Chiefs.
