Oakland Raiders long snapper Jon Condo is active for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins after missing practice this week with a concussion. The Raiders botched three punts in Monday's loss to San Diego after Condo left the game with his injury. Receiver Juron Criner (ankle) is inactive. Linebacker Rolando McClain and running back Taiwan Jones are active after being listed as questionable. Cornerback Coye Francies, promoted Saturday from the practice squad, is also active. Dolphins receiver Anthony Armstrong (hamstring) is inactive. Rookie running back Lamar Miller is active for the first time.
