The Raiders botched three punts in Monday's loss to San Diego after Condo left the game with his injury.
Receiver Juron Criner (ankle) is inactive.
Linebacker Rolando McClain and running back Taiwan Jones are active after being listed as questionable. Cornerback Coye Francies, promoted Saturday from the practice squad, is also active.
