Raiders notes: Walker earns his $55M on scout team

OAKLAND - Javon Walker had to be talked into not retiring last summer, despite signing a six-year, $55-million free-agent contract to join the Raiders. This season, Walker seemingly needs to beg the Raiders to get onto the field, despite his insistence that he's healthy.OnSunday, Walker was a scratch among eight other inactive Raiders.
