The Oakland Raiders reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with wide receiver Roscoe Parrish. Parrish was released Monday by the San Diego Chargers. Parrish played seven seasons with the Bills but ended the last two seasons with injuries, including a season-ending ankle injury against the Raiders last season. The Raiders' top two kick returners, Jacoby Ford (foot) and Denarius Moore (hamstring), have been slowed by injuries in preseason. Parrish has returned punts and kickoffs.
