The Raiders have re-signed Khalif Barnes, giving the veteran offensive lineman a one-year contract. The team had been close to an agreement with OT Jared Gaither on Friday, but terms of the deal could not be mutually agreed upon. There were reports that the team was not interested in giving Gaither much guaranteed money given the uncertainty surrounding his health. He missed all of 2010 with a back injury. Barnes played in all 16 games for the Raiders last season, starting two of them.
